With nearly two decades of dedicated practice and 13 years as a full-time private instructor, Michael has developed a highly specialized methodology tailored to industry leaders. To restore complete structural and mental harmony, he integrates four distinct classical modalities: Hatha Yoga for physical conditioning and stamina, Raja Yoga (classical meditation) for absolute cognitive clarity, clinical Yoga Therapy for joint health and rehabilitation, and targeted Tai Chi for profound nervous system regulation.
As a former adjunct professor at CalArts and a trusted, vetted instructor for some of the world's most high-profile executives, Michael brings academic rigor and absolute discretion to his concierge practice. Outside of his private practice, Michael maintains his own cognitive clarity through landscape and wildlife photography.
